Privacy Statement

This is our privacy statement updated to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It describes what we do with your personal data.

What we need

The Future Finance Network is the Controller of personal data you provide to us. We only collect basic personal data about you, which includes your email address, company name, job title and mobile number. It does not include any special types of information or location based information.

Why we need it

We need to know your basic personal data in order to provide you updates on activities of  The Future Finance Network. We will not collect any personal data from you we do not need.

What we do with it

All of your personal data is processed in the UK but may be stored on servers outside of the UK. No third parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so.

We use a third party service, SiteGround, to host our websites. We use a standard Wordpress  service to collect anonymous information about users' activity on the site, for example the number of users viewing pages on the site, to monitor and report on the effectiveness of our sites and help us improve them.

When someone visits our sites we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. We will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it.

How long we keep it

Your information will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this communications from us. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing hello@futurefinance.network.

What are your rights?

If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted.

If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data you can contact hello@futurefinance.network. If you are not satisfied with our response or believe we are processing your personal data not in accordance with the law you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
